Mr. Renda has represented clients in major construction litigation arising out of construction of nursing home facilities, as well as handled subrogation litigation against the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey arising out of initial World Trade Center attack on the World Trade Center Parking Garage. He has also represented a number of Banks and Commercial lenders as a closing attorney for loans and commercial financing transactions.
